PAYMENT METHODS

PAYPAL

We accept PayPal in SGD and USD. Select offline payment method on check out page, and we will send you a payment link for the PayPal payment option in SGD or USD. 

ONLINE BANK TRANSFER (XENDIT)

All items are priced and charged in IDR at check out. You will be directly connected to the Xendit page to complete your payment.

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERIES

Orders placed late on Fridays, Holidays or during the weekend, will be processed by our shipper on the next business day.

Please note, all international packages may be subjected to customs duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are regulated by local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information.

 

PROCESSING TIME

Orders typically ship the next business day for domestic/ Indonesia delivery and two business day for International delivery. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday. 

ORDERING

MAKING CHANGES TO AN ORDER & CANCELING AN ORDER

Unfortunately, we are not able to change out the items in an order once the order has been placed.

PREORDERS

Pre-orders are orders for items that are not in stock currently but that are expected to be available for purchase at a later date. The estimated arrival date for the item will be displayed on the product page. If you submit a pre-order, the item will be reserved for you and mailed out to you as soon as the shipment reaches our warehouse. We will send you an email when the item arrives as well as when the item ships out.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

POLICY

Currently, we do not accept returns. We do offer exchanges. However, the exchange's products will be accepted where products are found faulty or damaged on receipt of products. Exchanges shipping is on us. Please email:  taluindonesia@gmail.com to begin the process.

An unboxing video is required to be attached to claim the exchanges process.

CONDITION

Items returned to be exchanged must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached.
